Children welcome straight from school for help with reading or homework. The fun starts at 4.15 pm with crafts, painting, board games, Lego, snooker and table football. At 5.00 pm there is a shared home-cooked meal. Then there is an (optional) time of worship, with action songs, an interactive Bible story and a prayer activity. Fun 'n' Food happens every Thursday during term-time, but on 12th March we'll be joined by Bishop Graham and his team, who will be leading the worship time. Everyone welcome - children must bring a grown-up with them. Fun 'n' Food is particularly geared to primary-aged children, but younger and older brothers and sisters are welcome to come too.
